Need a coastal walk near London? I’ve rounded up some of my favourites 🌊🥾

✨ Margate → Ramsgate — vintage seaside vibes, chalk cliffs and a very good excuse for fish & chips at the end.

✨ Seven Sisters — probably the most dramatic cliff views in the South East.

✨ Hastings → Rye — a mix of wild coastline, nature reserve landscapes and finishing in one of the prettiest medieval towns in England.

✨ Camber Sands → Rye — sand dunes, huge beach views and a gentle walk ending with cobbled streets and cosy cafés.

✨ Lulworth Cove → Durdle Door — short but spectacular. Think iconic rock formations and Jurassic Coast views.

✨ Newhaven → Brighton — clifftop walking with sea views almost the entire way… and Brighton at the finish line.

✨ Sandwich → Deal — underrated, peaceful and packed with coastal charm, historic streets and nature.

✨ Purbeck Ridgeway — rolling hills, sweeping coastal panoramas, Corfe Castle and some Old Rocks.

Photo dump from last weekend’s walk from Lewes to Glynde via Mount Caburn 🥾☀️

Started early to beat the heat… but apparently not early enough to avoid half of London heading to Lewes 🚆😅

Cooling off at .co.uk at ceramic shopping, lunch, and some much-needed shade under the tents 🍽️🏺

How did you survive the heat this weekend? 👀

Comment “GLASTO” to book your spot👇

Next Sunday (31.05), I’m guiding a hike in Glastonbury and this might just be the most magical walk we’ve ever done 🧙🔮

Glastonbury is unlike anywhere else in England. A place where mythology, spirituality and history all collide, from King Arthur to the legend of the Holy Grail.

On this beginner-friendly guided walk, we’ll explore:
✨ Glastonbury Tor
✨ The White Spring temple
✨ The Glastonbury Way
✨ The town’s famous quirky streets & independent shops

🥾 WALK STATS
Distance: 4 miles / 7 km
Ascent: 220m
Difficulty: Easy / Beginner-friendly

Perfect if you want:
✔️ A unique day trip from London
✔️ To meet fellow hikers
✔️ A slower, more mindful adventure
✔️ To experience one of the UK’s most fascinating towns

And yes… there will absolutely be time for crystals, incense, magical little shops 🪄

🚨 BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND PLANS = SORTED 🚨

This weekend’s Lewes via Glynde circular walk comes with a bonus: Potfest at Glynde Place 🏺✨

Here is what to expect on this hike:
📍 Lewes, East Sussex
🥾 8 miles / 13 km
⛰️ 445m ascent
⏱️ Around 3h50
🚆 Direct train from London Victoria

Expect pottery demos, artisan stalls, food stands and a dangerously high chance of convincing yourself you need handmade ceramics after hiking 13km.

Honestly the ideal combo of hiking + wholesome bank holiday activity.

Nothing too intense, just soaking up the sunshine before the bank holiday weekend… and finally a proper return to hiking again 🥾

Sometimes the best walks are the simple ones 💚

Along the way, you’ll pass:
✨ Botany Bay’s famous chalk stacks
