I did a poll the other day and a lot of you said you don’t drink enough water 💦

Hydration is everything! From digestion to regulating your body temperature. We are 70% water our bodies need it

I have decided to do a 14 day water challenge, day by day your water intake will gradually increase. This challenge is mainly to help you drink more water 💧

I will be doing it and we can all do it together! This challenge will officially start tomorrow for 14 days!

Well I am shocked (in a good way with my progress and we are 6 weeks in! With no gym!!!

It’s been difficult! But I made sure I was eating well and just doing HIIT little and often to get the cardio in and to tone up! The real time workouts are fantastic! 10/10 I would recommend!

On the left I had no idea wtf I was doing in the gym, I had no balance or dress sense BUT, it has shaped me into the person I am today
