Part 2 of ninja warrior course happened earlier this week!! the legend has designed and now built the whole thing single handed (with my opinion and input obviously 😉) but this is whilst working fill@time home schooling part time and also just generally being a wonderful partner and outstanding dad so big up and hats off to this man 😘😘🥰🥰🥰😍

Post workout big stretches although still feeling it in my glutes and hamstrings/thighs for stretches are amazing!!! Any good stretches for quads and glutes and for hip flexor flexibility are welcome!! 💪

Ok so today was our ‘chilled’ day post Joes brothers wedding/no wedding lockdown and Max’s birthday so obviously I got up at 9 cleaned the house baked a cake for the village Sunday roast delivery because of COVID (it makes more sense if you’re in the WhatsApp group!); produced a fry up; sealed the flagstones in the garden; Joe graded and seeded the entire front and back lawn; I made a great stew (it was bloody good - Thank you 😂😂) and I then sat down with to work through the ninja warrior course he’s designing outside.
An hour later I stared to get bored... see the faces ....
but we’ve done a lot and getting so much closer to getting the kit right and interacting well with the rest of the garden which is hard when it’s such a big and bulky structure in a space that is going to be very green and unstructured.
Oh and I captured an escapee tortoise (it’s ours... but not before he ate my strawberry plant 😤😤).
Bring on the outside gym, squat rack and pull up bars!!! Exercise in the fun sun yum yum!!!
Also shout out to for pushing me to the edge ‘I’ve had a lovely day I feel really relaxed’ 😳😳😳😳 for the love of 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️.

Thank you for the nomination!!! Kinda🤣. A slow start to my 5K due to an impromptu samba session this morning (interrupted by a 7 year old shaking his head at me in shame through the patio window 😂😂) running isn’t my thing but it felt good to get out and have some head space. Right here right now this is me... in gym stuff! 😊 i really need to start wearing real cloths* *cloths that donor constitute Lycra as their main ‘ingredient’ and/or pyjamas/partners sweat pants with hole in the crotch - it’s not really good to ‘look your best of the day’ during a workout 🤦🏼‍♀️
