• Yoga blocks & resistance band (optional but helpful)

This is a targeted conditioning program designed specifically dancers. No generic fitness class — every exercise is chosen to directly improve your Ballroom and Latin technique and performance.
In every session you’ll train:
• Core strength & stability (better frame, posture & turns)
• Lower body power (deeper lunges, sharper actions, more explosiveness)
• Upper body & back control (elegant lines, smooth leading/following)
• Flexibility & mobility (hip action, extensions & range)
• Stamina & dance-specific drills
What you’ll gain:
• Cleaner, stronger technique
• Improved posture & beautiful body lines
• More confidence and freedom on the floor
