Meet our member of the month, Jamie, who has been at for 3.5+ years! 💯💪

Since joining AF Swiss Cottage in July 2022, Jamie has made an incredible transformation and become a key part of the gym community. Even while at uni, his consistency never drops - if he’s back in London, he’s in the club putting in the work! ⏱️🏃🏻‍♂️

Dylan shows us how to recover like a pro with our Hyperice! 💯⛑️

Don’t forget that our recovery zone has the 3 perfect tools for our members:

1. ⚡Hyperice GUN: this is perfect for recovery, deep muscle relaxation and reducing soreness after a workout! Glide the gun slowly over the larger area you want to focus on.

2. 🌐 Hyperice BALL: this unlocks powerful trigger point therapy. Use your hand to roll the ball directly on the smaller muscle area or gently position your body over the ball and apply pressure to the hard to reach area.

3. 🌀 Hyperice ROLLER: this helps enhance your mobility and flexibility, ideal for pre and post-workout. Place the roller on the floor, position it on the targeted muscle group and create a rolling motion.

You can spend about 30 seconds to 2 minutes on each area with each of our hyperice devices.
