We introduce Fighting Fit a martial arts and fitness program for all ages and skill levels. We offer kickboxing, kung fu, self-defense, and fitness training for children as young as three and adults. Our structured belt system allows progression from white to black belt, and we also provide one-to-one personal training. We have locations in Streatham, Wimbledon, Tooting, New Malden, and Sutton. We invite everyone—kids, adults, beginners, and fighters—to join us to build confidence, learn self-defense, and become their best.
