Welcome to JLPT an independent one to one home training studio located in the London Borough of Bexley. I offer 1-2-1 Personal Training & Coaching in a fully equipped studio and Online training for those people further afield or suit a different structure to their training needs. A sports enthusiast born and raised in the Cotswold's town of Cheltenham. This is where I built my love
and passion for all sports and training in general. I studied at a football academy as a teenager in Worcestershire competing at County level in football and also in cricket. I had trials for England in both sports but went on to represent England at school boy level in cricket for many years. Plagued by injuries I looked at other career paths in sport and fitness which is where I discovered my love for the gym environment and that led me to obtaining qualifications as a fitness professional. Starting in Cheltenham as a fitness Coach I wanted to further my education and progression by moving to London. Spending many years in corporate gyms and private studios picking up a wealth of knowledge in all aspects this is where I find myself today. INTRODUCING JLPT:
JLPT is derived from 13 yearsβ experience at the highest professional level in the fitness industry. Learning over the years how gyms can be a very daunting and scary environment for people gave me the idea to have my very own one to one studio to help clients feel comfortable and gain 100% progression and attention from sessions. During my time as a trainer, I have obtained a vast wealth of knowledge and self-development working in the fitness industry. I've had the privilege to focus this energy into what has become a trans-formative way of life and not just a career. My Priority is to convert your goals into personal results that transform your life for the better. I will provide this to you with the highest-quality service that is
