It’s a BIG week at F45 Old St and Liv St as we’re supporting Battle Cancer 🤍

Back in June we ran a Battle Cancer Hollywood takeover where we raised a whopping £7k for the Battle Cancer Programme! 🤯👏

Now this week we’re coming back bigger and stronger for a 7 DAY CHALLENGE! 🤩

Every day this week, we’re ending our 45 minute classes with a 2 minute finisher, written by Battle Cancer Founder Scott Britton🔥

These 2 minute finishers are in aid of the statistic that a person is diagnosed with Cancer every 2 minutes in the UK❣️

We’ll be finishing the week STRONG this Saturday 9th, as we, along with our other F45 friends, aim to collectively complete 375,400m on the rower - a meter for each person diagnosed with Cancer in the UK each year 🎗️

A HUGE feat, which we need your help to achieve!! 🙏
