I used to think confidence came from how you looked.

I was in shape…
but I hated what I saw.

Body dysmorphia. Comparison. Validation seeking.

Boxing was meant to prove something,
but losing, and injuring both shoulders, sent me the other way.

More drinking.
More anxiety.
More self-sabotage.

Eventually I isolated myself to rebuild.

It was lonely, but necessary.

As I healed, studied, and rebuilt my relationship with my body…
everything changed.

My career.
My relationships.
My purpose.

Last year I proved it to myself physically:

11-minute HYROX PB.

But the real win wasn’t the time.

It was resilience.

Now I coach to help others build that same foundation,
strength without self-destruction.
