⚽️🚀 Lego, AI, and England’s Training Ground... talk about a workshop to remember!

Last week, Sonya and Cameron had a blast with the incredible team at Hable - rockstars in the tech space helping organisations seamlessly adopt game-changing AI tools like Copilot. 🤖✨

We took over St George’s Park (the official England training ground! 🇬🇧) for a supercharged session focused on change, team dynamics, and AI.

Here’s a quick peek into what made the day so special: 👇

🧩 Lego & AI Worries/Wins: The team used Lego to physically build out what excites them, what worries them, and the huge opportunities they see ahead.

🎨 Insights Discovery: We wove in Insights Discovery to help everyone dive deeper into their communication styles and how they navigate transformation.

🔥 Bootcamp-Style Challenges: Rotating group exercises, team charters, and real-world client scenarios kept the energy soaring and cross-team collaboration flowing all day.
