We’re so grateful for all the love, support, and prayers. Truly. It’s held us up more than I can explain. We’ve felt the very best of people during a really hard time.

Since we got to the hospital with Tula, my focus has been simple: making sure she feels loved, safe, and a little bit of joy each day.

Right now, this time is about me being here with Tula, Alora and Leo, and taking care of my family the best I can. This time with Tula feels really sacred to me. It’s all that matters, and I want to be fully here for it.

I’ve noticed Instagram pulls me out of that, and I don’t want to miss these moments by being in my head instead of with them.

So I’m going to step away from IG for a while.

Thank you for being here and for holding us in your hearts. Please keep praying for Tula 🌈🤍🙏

I wake before my children.

They lie beside me, deeply asleep.

I can’t move.

I lie there, wide awake. Quiet with my thoughts.

Sometimes for an hour.

My body feels heavy. Like cement.
Pinned to the bed by something I can’t shake.

Fear lives in me now
in a way I have never known.

It pulses through my chest,
spreads into the pit of my stomach.

It’s deep, relentless, aching.

And then they wake.
And it switches off.

“Mama” switches on.

I smile.
I hold them close.
I sing. I play.
I do my damn best to give them the day they deserve.

But I am fragile in the quiet moments
when I’m alone with my thoughts,
when a friend looks at me and really sees it,
when someone dares to acknowledge the heartbreak.

When I look into Pete’s eyes
and without a word,
we both know what we are facing.

But when I am their mama,
I am strong.
I am their safe place.

I am their certainty that somehow, we are going to be okay.

My love for them is not gentle.
It is fierce.
It is relentless.
It is what carries me again, and again, and again
back to them.

Happy Birthday to the most incredible man I know 😘

Life with you is laughter, adventure, deep conversations, big dreams, and the safest kind of love. You are the heart of our family and the steady strength behind everything we do.

Watching you be a dad to our girls is one of the greatest joys of my life, and I already know this next little one is the luckiest babe to be joining our crew.

This season has reminded me more than ever how strong, kind and brave you are. You carry us, hold us, and love us so well every single day.

I hope you feel celebrated, appreciated and so deeply loved today, because you truly are.

Jumping on the 2016 Trend when I was …✨✨

✨Living in NYC.
✨Directing a nonprofit.
✨Running epic after-school programs for middle school students.
✨Leading a team of 85 incredible, go-getter humans.
✨Being awarded NYC’s High-Performing Advanced Manager of the Year by the Department of Education.

And somehow… still finding myself on a yoga mat twice a day… before work and after work, because my soul called for it and the studios / teachers in NYC are amazing!

✨Committing to my yoga side hustle.
✨Landing my first teaching gigs at luxury apartment buildings on the weekends and a 6:30am studio class on Fridays (yes, that early but I was soooo thrilled to finally get into a studio).

✨ I was alive.
✨ Living in Upper East Side xoxo
✨ Believing in my dreams.
✨ Meeting incredible people.
✨ Saying yes to adventure, even when it scared me.

In reflection, a lot can happen in 10 years 🤩

And, I’m honestly freaking excited (and a little emotional) to step into my next 10-year cycle.

My kids don’t learn from what I say.

They learn from what I feel and live.

And I’ve realized something important:

If I want them to grow up knowing gratitude is a core value,
I can’t just talk about it or think about it.

I have to embody it myself first.

Not just make a list of 3 things before bed (still love that, honestly).

But, actually feel it in my body. Let it change me in real time.

Let them absorb it without me needing to lecture.

It’s Thanksgiving in the US today. Here in England, it’s school runs and swimming lessons like any other Thursday.

But we will do this:
✨ Walk home from school slower than usual

✨ Bake together between school and swimming lessons.

✨ Sit in a circle after dinner and say what we’re thankful for

Because I want my girls to know:

Gratitude isn’t a thought. It’s a felt experience. And it starts with us 🙌

If you are celebrating Thanksgiving today, or just trying to balance mom life, do something small and try one of these gratitude rituals.

The tiny moments count more than we think 💫

December Yoga Morning - 3 Spaces Left ✨✨

Our final yoga morning / mini morning retreat of the year! 🙏

December can be quite a busy month, and it feels extra important to schedule intentional time for yourself to relax and restore.

I chose this date because it makes for a special Seaview weekend. Th night before (12 Dec from 5:00pm-8:00pm) is Seaview’s Late Night Christmas Shopping. One of my favourite Seaview nights of the year - shops are open, snow machine blowing, and Christmas caroling 🤍

October and November’s yoga mornings sold out in one day, so if you feel the inner nudge to come, please follow it and book it!

On Saturday we celebrated my 120th day of pregnancy — a beautiful milestone in the Kundalini Yoga tradition 🧘‍♀️

It’s seen as a moment to pause, to honor the pregnancy, and to surround the mother with love and community as she continues the journey 🤰

I taught a yoga class, then we gathered with , our daughters, and friends 🤍

My dear friend and kundalini teacher, Laura, led the celebration, and I’m so touched by how special she made the whole day 🫶

We sipped cacao ✨
We sang with .singingmamas.iow ✨
We did a meditation led by ✨
We listened to the most gorgeous poem read by ✨
We ate the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had made by ✨
We danced and we had fun 🤍

It was tender and uplifting — a reminder that pregnancy isn’t just a physical journey, but an emotional and spiritual one too ✨

I feel so grateful for this ritual, for the people who held it with me, and for the love that carried me through the day. 💛

This is your reminder to celebrate life in all the ways! 💫
