Howdy y’all! Just dropping in with some info regarding the competition side of the Hoedown this coming 27th of June!

Besides the male and female category (which goes to finals) you can also enter an amateur category and a masters category! Whilst the winners of these categories do not progress to finals there are still prizes to be won!

And who will be our setting team you ask?! London legends .vc and 😍 does not get better than that!

Tune in with Phil .training as he breaks down our Fitness open day on the 25/04! Meet our wonderful instructors, try tasters, and learn how yoga, Pilates, and mobility training can support climbing performance and overall wellness.

Each class is £10, see below for the timings!

Yoga with Federico 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Pilates with Alice 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM

Mobility with Tash 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

We are introducing a new mandatory head wear for our centres in solidarity with our Hounslow CM, Giulio.

Wearing this will not only reduce air resistance and therefore improve climbing efficiency but also acts as an extra layer of cushioning to protect against any falls.

You can bring your own or hire one for the session at reception. We also offer a grooming service where you can have an authentic bald experience (lasts for up to 1 week before needing a top up)

We look forward to seeing you at the centre for a more streamlined experience.

You’re joining us for the Fitness open Day at Hounslow right. Right?

Meet Tash who will be running a mobility class from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM on the the big day - 25/04!

Tash is a familiar face at our Hounslow centre, and has been frequenting the centre since the early Hang days! In Tash’s class where she will breakdown the long list of benefits mobility brings, not just in your daily life but in your climbing also! She’ll not just help you improve flexibility but get stronger in these deeper ranges of motion!

Meet Alice at the Fitness open day this April 25th! The focus on Alice’s Pilates session is on control, balance, and awareness, building strength evenly, not just where you’re already strong! 🌞

Also find out how Pilates can be the perfect cross trainer for climbing. Climbing asks a lot of your body. Pilates helps you listen back. No but seriously, it really does 😎
