Catherine S Pilates 3rd Generation Classical Pilates Instructor I am a 3rd Generation Classical Pilates instructor based in Hampstead, London.

I offer one-to-one and virtual Pilates sessions from my home studio, located close to Hampstead High Street. I have been teaching Pilates for 8 years and recently relocated from Hong Kong to the UK. I truly enjoy sharing the joy that is Pilates with all kinds of people - Pilates is for every body!

Joseph Pilates was a boxer and gymnast and felt it was important to strengthen the neck muscles. These exercises, using the Neck Stretcher, help to strengthen and lengthen the muscles along the neck and entire spine.

The Hip Stretch, Tower and Monkey on the Cadillac. These are some of my go-to exercises when I’m feeling tight in my hips, lower back and legs - usually after a long hike or a lot of walking. (This video is speeded up 4x)
