💥 PHASE 2 💥

It’s been a great start to the year with our ‘Base’ focus and now we are moving onto our ‘Build’ focus, featuring more push movements 💪

In this Phase we will be focussing on mastering push lifts, by increasing range of motion, improving technique and training at a higher volume to develop movement patterns 🏋️‍♀️

MVP is a fixed equipment cardio session with a twist - on the second lap the even numbered stations will change while still using the same equipment.

Step into the arena with Maximus – our weightlifting-inspired session. Work your whole body through all of the big lifts and finish strong at the end of each pod with your fellow gladiators by your side.

Athletica is one of our original F45 cardio workouts that lays the platform for building a solid aerobic base.

Deuces is a split-resistance workout where members can choose which workout they do; upper or lower body. Choose wisely - either workout you choose will ignite a fire within your body!

The 9’s is a resistance hybrid workout with training techniques commonly used in pro athlete and celebrity training sessions. Train to the 9’s by incorporating a unique structure that will have you alternating between primary resistance and secondary resistance exercises.

Are you ready to launch into the weekend SoCal-style? The next 60 minutes will be loaded with cardio, strength, agility, power and core. You’re in for a special treat with some team-training style finishers at the end of each pod.

Panthers is one of the F45 originals - a classic resistance- based session designed to build strength and induce muscle fatigue.

This workout integrates elements of mixed martial arts, boxing and self-defence that everyone can do. By mimicking combat skills you’ll tap into some deep cardiovascular reserves, which means an unrivalled burn 🔥

Wait don’t!!

🚣 While we have your attention - here’s a tip for next time you have to row in a class:

1. Remember legs 🦵 not arms
2. 60% of your power 💥 should should come from your legs
3. 30% of your power 💥 should come from tensing your core🍫
4. 10% of your power comes from your arms 💪

Keep the arms long on your stroke, drive with your legs and guide the handle to your sternum.
