Loved getting back to our Wednesday class and seeing you all this morning, thank you for bringing your energy and enthusiasm 🎉

Getting into a routine and making time for yourself can be challenging especially after some time off but by making small consistent changes really does help improve your body and mind 💪

Our adult dance fitness classes are back from the 7th September 2026 💃

If you enjoy dancing, upbeat music and want to improve your health, join us for a 45 minute workout that will leave you feeling uplifted and energised. Our classes are a safe place for you to let go of everyday life and exercise at a pace that is right for you, with zero judgement or pressure just great vibes and a supportive community.

Here is a small insight into our brilliant family class this morning 😍

Well done to everyone who came along today you should all be so proud of yourselves for completing a full body workout and for trying new activities.

I am so pleased the sun made an appearance just in time for our picnic this afternoon which allowed us to enjoy spending more time with each other.

Watching these children gain confidence, social skills, build new friendships and connect with their families really is a blessing and brings me so much joy.

Thank you for all of your support and help today, you are the reason these classes have been able to run successfully and are enjoyed by all.

Our next family class will be during the October half term (Halloween themed) to keep up to date please make sure you follow our social media pages.

I hope you all enjoy the rest of your summer holidays 🧡

We are running a Summer Family Class on the 19th August this class is suitable for the whole family. Online booking only, we have a few spaces left 🧡

This Summer Holidays our Family Fitness Class is back 🥳💃

Our Dance Impact Family Classes were created for families to connect, have fun and enjoy being active together. This class can be taken at a level that works for you and your body with zero pressure or judgment.

30minutes of Dance and Exercise, followed by a variety of games for all ages. After class you can enjoy a BYO picnic in the park where you can socialise with other families (this is weather dependent and is completely optional)

£6 per person *Please note children must be accompanied by a participating adult.

The instructor Sarah is insured, holds a enhanced DBS, First Aid trained including full paediatric and holds safeguarding certifications.

These classes have been running for the last 4 and a half years in Biggin Hill during the school holidays. Our family classes are incredibly special, if you haven’t been to one before now is a great time to try.
