Treat your gaining phases with just as much importance as your dieting phases!
fitt is now 16lbs up in bodyweight and safe to say shes GROWN

We’ve managed to take huge leaps forward in strength across the board (PB central)

And gain weight at a controlled, steady pace (allowing us to keep brilliant condition throughout)

She’s trusted the process every step of the way

Been open to adapting her way of training

Got comfy being uncomfortable

And showed up like a beast in the gym for every session!

The mental side of a gaining weight can be tough and make you second guess what your doing at times but it’s necessary for new strength & muscle

When you stick with it

Focus on the positives

You’ll be able to make huge leaps forward within your physique!

How often do you question your own results, In relation to the time and effort you put in?

Let’s not ignore the fact that changing your physique is hard..

It’s a long process

And can be even longer if you’re not consistent in showing up and giving the level of effort that’s needed to see great results

If you find yourself having regular dips in consistency because your not seeing results at the rate you want too

There could be something missing

The first thing you should do is review your situation and ask yourself

Am I really giving 100% at everything that I’m doing?

If the answers no, you have the choice to change that!

9/10 when people sign up for coaching

1. There not seeing results as fast as they want by not staying accountable to the level of effort needed to get results

2. They are staying consistent, but want to push the limits and really take things to the next level

Charlie was a combination of both

He wanted to see how far he could push himself

and get in the best condition possible

Prove to himself he can achieve an amazing result
