fitt is now 16lbs up in bodyweight and safe to say shes GROWN
We’ve managed to take huge leaps forward in strength across the board (PB central)
And gain weight at a controlled, steady pace (allowing us to keep brilliant condition throughout)
She’s trusted the process every step of the way
Been open to adapting her way of training
Got comfy being uncomfortable
And showed up like a beast in the gym for every session!
The mental side of a gaining weight can be tough and make you second guess what your doing at times but it’s necessary for new strength & muscle
