In an interview, the actor admits that he never repeats the same exercise twice in a six-day cycle.

Repetitions, weights and times of all exercises are recorded in an actor's training diary. This data is then analysed to see how much more or less weight or exercise intensity is needed in the future.
Set yourself up for the result
During the training you should switch off all emotions and aim for one thing only: to win.
