What is the Mission of an Online Fitness Coach ? 🤔
A coach includes several roles. A coach must be a psychologist, nutritionist, must know the biomechanics of muscles. It's crucial a fitness coach understands how all processes in human body occur.
The main task is to get the client to the result in the most comfortable way. 👌
It's never about pushing hard, force to train 7 times a week or follow a strict diet. Never. Unless that is the goal. 😅
There are people that won't train at all and get to their goal, because they have the right nutrition plan.
My mission is to provide the right and convenient path. Is my duty to make it easy, the person doesn't have to bother. The main focus is on life, family, career and not fitness. This is just a small part of the routine.
I know how to keep a client's health under control.
If hormones are abnormal, our goal is to fix it. Yes I am not a doctor, but I have the knowledge to read and understand blood tests results.I will suggest which indicators are abnormal and how to normalise them.
My goal is to make people believe in themselves, so that they achieve the desired body and multiply their health. I am there as a motivator and psychologist for them and always available
