Fitties it’s been so long!!!
I hope you are all well amid the craziness.
It is with a heavy heart that after this long hiatus, classes will not return to Brentford 😢
I want to thank you all for your support and friendship as we built a strong local fitness community.
We were small but we were strong 💪🏼 You turned up and worked hard and I’m so grateful! You kept me going through some bloody hard times and we all did it together!!!
Please all stay safe and always know you’ll hold a special place in my heart as you helped me realise my passion 💕💕
I’m doing a moonlight flit from London before I get locked down 🤣 ... please watch this space as I hope to get online soon ...
