Why Do YOU Train? ❤️
This is one of those questions YOU should always ask yourself... ❓
I've been training for around 15 years and my why has changed throughout these years...
When I started my journey around the age of 14, my why, like most of the other guys was about aesthetics.
I wanted to look good, full stop.
Time passed by and after many challenges, hard working sessions, change of routines, training plans, exercise implementations etc my passion became my work and my why changed.
(I'm so grateful 🙏🏽 I turned my passion into my work).
When I now ask myself why I train I respond with something that goes like...
I train 💪 because:
it makes me feel alive...
Improves my mental health...
It makes me believe that great things can happen...
It helps me connect with people...
It helped me find my path in life...
It opened my mind...
It made me fall in love with challenges...
It helped me love my body and it made me realise that the latter is capable of incredible things...
This is the reason I train...
