It’s time to be real with yourself…

Otherwise you will never make the changes you want 🤷🏻‍♂️

Do you actually have a plan?

Or do you just wake up every day hoping for the best?

Do you often say you’re going to eat healthy but never really take the time to learn why, how and what you’re doing?

Do you often tell yourself that you’r going to crush the gym and then proceed to wing the entire workout?

Going in blind doesn’t work

Going in blind is equivalent to you hoping to win the lottery one day.

The odds are stacked against you

If you’re unsure whether what you’re currently doing is working, whats the point?

Stop wasting time

I’ve been there

Transformation is not rocket science…

It’s just really hard to implement consistently

You probably have all the info you need

You just don’t know how to implement it in a way that suits YOU

It doesn’t have to be a miserable journey where you cut out all joy in life

And it doesn’t have to take over your life

You need an adaptable game plan to tell you exactly what you need to do on a daily basis to get the results you want

Lets face it

How you do one thing is how you do everything

Being a flake goes beyond just health and fitness

If your flaking in one part of your life...

You are most likely flaking in another part of your life

Whats crazy...

Most people are often against taking care of themselves and their “health”

But their all for drinking every day, eating s**t food and parting every weekend

These same people wonder why they aren’t achieving what they want in life

Not taking care of your own health, fitness and physique will negatively impact your life

If it hasn’t caught up with you now it eventually will

If you’re not taking care of yourself on the regular

Where else are you letting yourself down?

Where else are you flaking?

Do you struggle to maintain strong relationships?

That Personal Trainer you’re spending your money on, won’t get you the transformation you want 🤷🏻‍♂️

Think about how many times have you actually hired a PT?⁣

Did you see the results you wanted?⁣

If you did, could you maintain them once you finished? ⁣🤔

Something most PTs won’t tell you is that there’s more to achieving your goals than just training in the gym 😂

Don’t get me wrong PTs are AWESOME!

BUT, ITS NOT THEIR JOB to help you off the gym floor.

It’s unfair to expect that of them. PT’s are so busy training people for all the unsociable hours throughout the day, they don’t have time to hold your hand throughout your transformation 😂

They are just solving a small but important piece of the puzzle!

34 days out… 🫡

Life update for those of you who keep asking why I’ve disappeared off the face of the earth 🌍 😂

I’m so close to the finish line!

🎥 Videography shoot TBC 30th of October 👀

🤫 hours of raw footage already filmed for the secret project I’ve been working on since April… for December

🎤 I’ve almost mastered my stage message 🫡

✈️ Dubai flights and accomodation have been booked for Nov/Dec 🙌

The only thing I can’t prepare for is fire walking, glass walking and skydiving 🪂

Long story short… Quantum leap incoming 🤞

1 year of online coaching - All done from the comfort of his own home 🤯 He frequently ate fish finger sandwiches, chocolate, and trained 2-4 hours per week 😎

Unfortunately, all good things must to come to an end… 😢

When Luke first came to me he didn’t know who to trust or where to start

He was frustrated…

There is a lot of mis information within the industry that people fall victim to

Despite doing everything he learnt on YouTube and online he still wasn’t seeing the results he knew he was capable of deep down

I wouldn’t be where I am today without having a big bro like .h.performance

Somehow I’ve suddenly ended up with a once in a lifetime opportunity 😂

12 weeks today I’ll be in Dubai speaking on stage in-front of

For those of you who don’t know, I’ll be attending exclusive training throughout all of November with Sri

You’re probably thinking whats my brother got to do with this? 👀

Whether he realises or not he has always inspired me in many different ways

But what I’ve admired most about him was the fact that he would always stay true to himself 🙌

Regardless of what people thought, or told him how to act/be

He wouldn’t give a flying f**k 💀

He would always stick up for what he truly believed in, do what makes him happy and see things through until the end

Throughout his life people have always told him

Sam don’t act like this , don’t talk with that language , save this much money , don’t take that risk, you can’t do X do Y instead

To deal with all of the above requires an incredible amount of self belief and authenticity

He makes me proud and is someone who inspires me to be the best version of myself every day

I’m lucky to have a bro like him to look up to!

Unfortunately we live in a world where people frequently lose sight of who they truly are and what they are capable of

People often settle for less by operating through a state of lack, fear, anxiety and stress ☠️

When people chose to live like this…

They won’t ever be able to see the bigger picture

They end up missing out on opportunities, leaving their true potential on the table and stopping themselves from living a life of freedom and fulfilment

So yeah…

I’m taking a leap of faith regardless of what everyone thinks

Sometimes letting go is better than holding on…

I don’t know what’s going on this month but everyone seems to be struggling… 🥶

I’ve had to check quite a few people back into reality 😂

People need to learn how to put themselves first…

It’s not easy! But you must stop making other peoples problems, pain and suffering your personal responsibility

None of the above is your responsibility… Especially if you don’t have the capacity to truly help.

I can speak from experience 😂 there was a time where I was doing all of the above for years on end

I was a class A people pleaser 💀 and as a result I would frequently find myself burning out, losing passion and feeling dissatisfied

No matter what, I would put everyone else first and sacrifice my well-being for the sake of others

Whats crazy is that I didn’t even realise that I was holding myself back, suppressing who I truly was and lilting my potential

Long story short

You must come to the realisation that you must put yourself first.

You can’t help others to the best of your ability if you cant even take care of yourself.

Cool story bro… what should I do?

CHANGE your environment!

If you find yourself in an environment where everyone is living through the lens of fear, lack, doubt, stress, survival and anxiety…

You will hold yourself back in life

You will feel physically drained, trapped and mentally exhausted.

But just remember…

You don’t have to stay stuck in a situation if it makes you unhappy.

Whether that’s health, fitness, relationships, career etc

It’s never too late to take action and surround yourselves with positive like minded people who will only bring you up.

And yes…

Sometimes it can seem like there is no way out…

This month has been crazy 🤯 I’m almost at fully capacity with online coaching 😅

A lot of you may be wondering why on earth I would close? 😂

1 - I will make sure my current clients get the best possible service. I’m not interested in taking on more people for the sake of money… 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m genuinely here to help people transform 🙌

2 - I’m preparing to master the stage and speak in front of people from across the world with in Dubai. Turning up as the best version of myself in November will take a lot of preparation. 🙃
