Thank you for the 9months that you carried me NOPE.

Thanks for the 28years that you’ve carried me and continue to do so no matter what life has thrown at us or what madness I’ve done 🙈 

This pandemic has been challenging not being able to physically see you smile and spend quality time with you and support you how I’ve wanted to.

But Mum best believe when this is all set and done your son will give you all the time in the world & anything you desire within it. 

Like you always taught me “the world is your oyster”

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY ❤️❤️❤️ 

First of all I’m soo grateful for each and everyone of you beautiful women out there!! 

The world without women would be like Mother Earth without oxygen. We simply couldn’t exist!! 

As a man I can’t honestly say how thankful I am for the value you add to this planet and the next!! 

Working closely with many women, I see only a fraction of the hardships that you endure but I have the upmost respect with all that you do from juggling business & babies to say the least!!  

It’s honestly remarkable that women are not considered superior and rewarded more generously. If us men had to endure what you ladies do, I wonder how many of us would even survive 🤷🏽‍♂️ 

As men we often take you for granted, which is wrong I know (apologies we are still a few thousand years behind) and don’t yet have that level of thinking as I’m sure most of you know 😂 

Anyways Love you all like my own Mother (bless her) ❤️ 

P.S. We should celebrate women everyday like this in my opinion. What do you guys think???

The mighty nutrition pyramid

This is the blueprint of NUTRITION, devised by the great aka the godfather.

The 5 sections from bottom to top going from most important (energy balance) to least important (supps) surprise surprise!

1️⃣. Energy balance is simply the calories you consume v the calories you expend.

2️⃣. Macronutrients are carbs, fats, proteins & alcohol (keep this one under control)

3️⃣. Micronutrients are vitamins and minerals.

4️⃣. Timing, think when might be most beneficial to eat macros’s and/or micronutrients?

5️⃣. Supplements, everyone thinks they know these but in actual fact they are mostly b.s. (few exceptions of course).
