If you hate the workout don’t assume that this fitness is the only kind of fitness and get discouraged☝🏼
There will be others that LOVE their workout class, boot camp, and getting their ass kicked etc and that’s great... BUT YOU must find what motivates and feels easier for you to Stick to 👈🏼
If you don’t like exercise it doesn’t make you a bad or lazy person☝🏼🚫

Use resistance bands as well as dumbbells .. They involve a lower amount of force on the joints, meaning more stimulus on the muscles 💪🏼✅
1️⃣ Press and Hold
2️⃣ Tricep push down
3️⃣ Wide row and Raise
4️⃣ Reverse fly and Wide raise
5️⃣ Skull crusher and Chest press
✅ x15 each/Repeat x3-5
✅ 2 mins rest in between rounds

Make sure you are strengthening and increasing your flexibility of the shoulders, back and chest muscles and you will reagin balance in your body, reduce stress on your muscles/ligaments and hold better posture giving you more confidence ✅
Try the following resistance band workout you can do anywhere 🔥
1️⃣ Lunge to press
2️⃣ Reverse lunge raise
3️⃣ Chest and Ext
4️⃣ T push up
5️⃣ Squat to press
6️⃣ Pull down

Try 10-12 reps each side x3
