Hi guys! My name is Raz and I am a personal trainer and online coach from South London! I have been in the fitness industry for over 6 years and now and I'd like to think I know a bit about changing peoples lives for the better!
I believe that fitness is a lifestyle not just a hobby and i genuinely believe it's the true fountain of
youth. I've been in the fitness game for almost 5 years now and i've found that it made a massive
impact on who i've become and what i've yet to discover as a person.
What I love about being a Personal Trainer that my clients come along their own journey as well as being a part of mine. Everyone is unique in their own way and WE can work together to help tailor a program to your specific goals and support you physically and mentally in order to keep you on track!
