It’s been a year since John joined our team, and what a year it’s been. His dedication, energy, and passion for helping others have made him a valued member of the team and a favourite with our members.

If you're looking to take your training to the next level, be sure to reach out to John to book your Personal Training sessions. Whether your goal is to get stronger, fitter, or build confidence in the gym, he’s here to help.

☀️ It’s going to be a hot one this Bank Holiday weekend! ☀️

We’re open throughout the weekend!

Here are our staffed hours:
📍 Saturday & Sunday: 8am–4pm
📍 Monday: 6am–10pm
Outside of staffed hours, the gym remains accessible. In the event of an emergency, please use the emergency help points located throughout the gym.

With the temperatures rising, please stay sensible and look after yourselves 💧
Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water — we’ve got water available in the vending machines and water fountains on every floor.

It’s also important to take regular breaks, stay fuelled with good food, and avoid overdoing it in the heat 🔥
