Oh boy. Life happens, s**t sometimes happens too and your fitness routine gets interrupted.
You, that worked so hard to create that habit of training every week and eating healthy 80% of the time, suddenly have no motivation to get off the coach.
What changed?
Often there's some kind of situation going on at work or at home, and that's affecting your mood. Or maybe you stopped your routine because you went on holidays and you feel like you "lost it".
I've been through a few, so here's my advice on how to go "back on track" : ⚡ SHOW UP TO SOMEONE
Call your gym buddy and schedule a training session, find a personal trainer, register to a class. Just avoid being by yourself. During a time where you don't really want to do things for yourself, at least you will do it because you don't want to let someone else down. ⚡ DO THINGS THAT YOU LIKE
It's time to kinda stay in your comfort zone for a bit. If you love weights (although you know you need to work on your cardio), do weights. If you enjoy a good yoga session, just do that for a while. When you are ready, you'll go back to be uncomfortable and push your limits! ⚡ AVOID FEELING GUILTY
There's no point! Feeling guilty leads to mental blocks that leads to repeat the same behaviors that made you feel guilty in the first place. Take action, move forward. If it doesn't work, take a different action, keep moving forward.
