Some things to consider when leg pressing. 🤷♂️
3 main considerations in the video:
1. Use a pad/block at the bottom of your back to prevent your lower back coming away from the seat.
2. Find your OWN foot placement. As low on the footplate at as possible to the point where your heels do not lose contact.
3. Point toes out to where comfortable and drive knees to the side of your torso to create more ROM.
Some honourable mentions:
1. Footwear is important. Nothing with a flat sole? Remove them and go shoeless.
2. Pull yourself down into the seat throughout the exercise to create as much stability as possible. (This should go without saying!)
3. STOP trying to make this a glute/ham exercise, there are better options for both.
