I hear you, it’s definitely hard to get back into the swing of things after a break.
If you’re struggling to get back into the zone here are a couple of things you can do:
1. Be kind to yourself (first and foremost, it’s okay to ease back into the year and the swing of working)
2. Write a list of tasks that you want to accomplish in the next 3 months.
3. Prioritise - I know everything will feel important so “eat the frog first” 🐸🐸🐸no not literally! 😅This is a saying that means to do the tasks that might be hardest or you’re most likely to put off
4. January is a hard month so focus on your own well-being, drink plenty of water, get the sleep you need, eat nutritious food and you’re already setting yourself up for success.
