1 year on and you’re missed every second of every day bro!

In your memory we will be raising money for by running the 2026.

Su***de is the leading cause of death in men under 50, specifically men under the age of 35. My brother was only 32 and lots of men are far younger than that.

Hi everyone!

Happy Easter and hope you’re having a lovely weekend so far.

I now have space for some new clients and would love to fill those with some lovely new faces in the area. I offer:

- Parent/Baby Small Group Fitness
- Parent/Baby General Fitness (‘Tots & Tone’)
- 1:1 Personal Training
- 2:1 Personal Training
- Circuits
- Weight Training
- Online Personal Training (with the option to add in-person sessions into the deal)

I have built a very strong client base in the area over the last year and a half but I know there are still some ladies, in particular, in the area that would like some training but have been scared to take the plunge. You can rest assured you’ll get a friendly face and a positive environment from my sessions alongside constant support in your fitness journey, if you so wish.

Hope to hear from lots of you soon, especially coming into the lovely summer months.
