Toning up is done by reducing body fat and building muscle.

Hmm.. simple and straight forward, right?

What if I told you, 99% of the girls I jump on a consultation with tell me they want to ‘tone up’ and when I hear what they’ve been doing in attempt to ‘tone up’ they tell me the following

➡️ 3-7 sessions of cardio each week
➡️ Ab circuits every day
➡️ Eating only ‘clean foods’
➡️ Reducing carbohydrates intake
➡️ Excessive prolonged dieting

Many of these girls have a lot in common - the same goal and the same background of trying to burn more calories whilst eating less and less..

And stop bringing yourself down and wasting your time by doing the wrong things..
