The number-one reason people give for not exercising is time.
You have to make a decision to put exercise into your day, it’s not just magically going to happen.
If you think exercise is optional, you give yourself permission to skip it.
Instead, try thinking of it is an essential part of your job.
Whether you are a parent, business person, artist or a lawyer, exercise will make you better at what you do!
It will help you focus, stay calm and improve your energy! 🧘‍♂️🔋

What is Ultrasound Therapy?

Ultrasound therapy uses sound waves generated by a transducer head (which looks a bit like a microphone) to pe*****te soft tissues.

The transmission of sound waves cause microscopic vibrations in deep tissue molecules, increasing heat and friction. The warming effect encourages healing in soft tissues by increasing metabolism at the cellular level.

Ultrasound therapy can be used for myofascial (connective tissue) pain, strains, or sprains and many more acute and chronic injuries.

INGREDIENTS & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (6 SERVINGS)

2 ripe bananas 🍌
1 tsp crunchy peanut butter 🥜
70 gr oat 🌾
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation 5 minutes 🥧

1. In a bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas.
2. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix.
3. Add oat and mix again.
4. Put in vanilla protein powder.
5. Use a tablespoon to create the shape of a cookie.

Baking instructions ⏰

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. The time is indicative and can change depending on the oven.

I have learnt that Sports and life have a lot in common.
We are designed to push boundaries of what we can achieve and there is a zone called Performance Zone where you deliver incredible results, the zone where you just make stuff happen.
Through stretching and pushing the boundaries, testing new ideas, failing fast and recovering quickly you will find it!
What game are you playing in life is a great question to ask: are you playing to win or lose? 😉

Siamo progettati per spingere i limiti di ciò che possiamo ottenere e c'è una zona chiamata Performance Zone in cui fornisci risultati incredibili, la zona in cui fai semplicemente accadere le cose. INGREDIENTS & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (12 SERVINGS)

4 eggs 🥚
280 gr flour 🌾 (30 gr for the cream)
70 gr stevia powder (1 tablespoon for the cream)
100 ml sunflower oil 🌻
100 ml water 💧
1 lemon peel 🍋
1 tsp vanilla yeast sachet (16 gr)
100 ml lemon juice 🍋
100 ml orange juice 🍊

Preparation 15 minutes 🥧

1. In a bowl, whisk the four eggs and add the stevia, the grated peel of a lemon, water, oil and, continuing to whisk, add the flour a little at a time.
2. When everything is well blended, add the vanilla yeast and continue to blend well.
3. Pour the mixture into an oiled and floured pan (diameter 28 cm), level well, bake in a hot oven. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
4. When the cake is cold, cut it in half and prepare the lemon cream. In a saucepan pour 100 ml of lemon juice and 100 ml of orange juice (the orange juice is used not to make the lemon cream too sour).
5. Add 1 tablespoon of stevia, 2 tablespoons of flour, bring to the fire and cook, stirring with a whisk, until the mixture thickens.
6. Take the cake that we had cut into two discs and fill it with the lemon cream.

Baking instructions ⏰

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes. The time is indicative and can change depending on the oven.

IS EMS TRAINING GOOD OR BAD?

📖 A 2011 study published on the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research has shown that this scientific analysis revealed that EMS is effective for developing physical performance. After a stimulation period of 3-6 weeks, significant gains were shown in maximal strength, speed strength and power (+67%) in trained and elite athletes.

❗️ The EMS offers a promising alternative to traditional strength training for enhancing the strength parameters and motor abilities described above.

🤔 Should you stop training with free weights then?
Absolutely not! Resistance training is MEDICINE💊

✔️ Improves physical performance, walking speed and cognitive abilities.

INGREDIENTS & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (12 SERVINGS)

For the crust:

150gr Sugar free cookies crushed🍪
70gr Light Butter 🧈

For the cream:

2 eggs 🥚
3 Tbsp Stevia 🌱
Lemon peel 🍋
Vanillin sachet
225gr Philadelphia Light
450gr 0% Fats Greek Yogurt 🍦
50gr Flour 🌾

For the garnish:

250gr strawberries 🍓
2 Tbsp of Stevia
1 Lemon (juice) 🍋

Preparation 20 min 🥧

For the crust:

1. Finely chop 150g of Sugar Free Digestive biscuits, pour 70g of melted Light butter and mix well.
2. Cover a 22cm round cake tin, pour the chopped biscuits and press the base.
3. Put it in the fridge about 10 min and we are ready to make the cheesecake cream.

For the cream:

1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
2. Whip egg whites until stiff and keep it on the side.
3. Add 3 Tbsp of Stevia to the yolks.
4. Add the grated peel of a lemon.
5. Add a sachet of vanillin and mix.
6. Add 225g of Philadelphia Light cheese and 450g of 0% fat Greek Yogurt and mix well.
7. Add 50g of flour.
8. Add the egg whites a little at a time by mixing gently.
9. Pour the cream on the base.

For the garnish:

1. Clean and cut 250g of strawberries.
2. Add 2 Tbsp of Stevia.
3. Add Lemon juice (1 lemon).
4. Cook the strawberries about 5/6 minutes mixing them.

Baking instructions ⏰

Bake in a ventilated oven at 165 degrees/ static oven at 175 degrees about 50 minutes. The time is indicative and can change depending on the oven!

Useful Tips 😉

👉At the end of baking time leave the cheesecake in the oven for another 10 minutes.

👉Let it cool before removing the cake tin.
It’s normal if cake will lower and will form cracks while cooling.

👉Spread the garnish, cut and….
