Moving forward ➡️ and upward ⬆️

Last week was a very sad week for the Digme family as we had to say goodbye to two of our studios.😢 However, I believe that when you fall you get back up and come back stronger 💪🏼 so I am excited at that the future holds

On that note here is my *NEW* time time which goes live in a hour.

Monday:
17.30 Ride (DAH)
19.00 Ride (Covent garden) ✨new ✨

Tuesday:
7.30 Ride (Moorgate)
19.00 Ride (Covent garden) ✨new✨

Weds:
9.30 Ride (Richmond)
18.00Ride (Moorgate)

Thursday:
7.45 Ride (Bank)✨new✨
12.30 Ride (Moorgate)

Friday:
9.30 Ride (Richmond)

It will be my first time teaching in both those studios so I would love for as many of you to come over from the Fitz and Blackfriars studios, it might be a new location but the BIKE ON THE BIKE will still be the same 🤪

HAPPY BANKHOLIDAY! 🥳

Hope everyone has had a super weekend! I know it’s a little late however I still want to thank everyone who came to my Carnival Ride on Friday. I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I did.

I kept the party going after beats & cleats hence the lack of social media. However we are BACK!

I feel like September is going to be a good month, it feels like a fresh start for some reason…
A lot of people will be coming into the offices and hopefully everything will feel even more ‘normal’

Have a beautiful rest of the day and hope to see many of you in the studio this week!

Today marks 5 years since Digme opened their doors! It’s been a tough time for everyone this last year, especially for places like Digme who’ve have to close their studios for such a long time.

But here we are…. together we have made it through this pandemic, making the best of things and even through the tough timeswe powered on through and created

The the next four weeks I will be teaching a HIIT class in One new Change but St. Paul’s.

Anyone is welcome to come, there will be limited spaces so you will to book via myself or call up the sweatybetty city store to make sure you get a space 😉

1st one is starting THIS Saturday at 10.00 am, it’s free and all fitness levels are welcome. Hope to see you there ☺️
