GC Fitness Hi, my name is Gabor and fitness wasn`t part of my life for a long time, but it has become my passion about 10 years ago.

My qualification covers the following areas: Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, T3 Coach (HIIT Instructor), Circuit Instructor, Group Indoor Cycling Instructor, Outdoor Fitness, Sports Conditioning, Exercise Referral, Body fx Coach (nutrition) I`ve been training and improving myself since then and gained Level 3 Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer Specialist qualification in 2020. Fitness has changed

my life completely. I had no idea what kind of world I was getting into when I changed my lifestyle to a fit and healthy one, but I'm thankful I did. Working on my fitness has helped me learn to care for my mind and my body. I am more in tune with myself and have more energy to get things done, which has helped me to improve in all areas of life. Now it is the time to help and motivate other people to reach their goals in fitness and in their life. Life is about becoming the best possible version of yourself and always striving for more.
