Wigmore Lawn Tennis Club is a friendly, club with great facilities set in Streatham. It is a lovely place to go and hard to leave whether you are playing tennis or just socialising! Easy to get to, it is well served with transport via Streatham's many buses and train stations, or from Balham or Tooting Bec Tubes

Wigmore Open 2026 🎾 🏆

What an amazing week of tennis we had during the first week of August. Organised by the fantastic LTA Referee and Coach, Michael. Thank you for such a wonderfully ran tournament!

Secondly, a big thank you to Doris for running the Wigmore Open Cafe 🍽️. Keeping everyone fed with delicious panini, stir-fry , pasta bakes, and more! Along with all the many helpers who volunteered in the kitchen throughout the week such as Bola, Anne, Mark, Sheila to name a few. Sorry if we’ve missed anyone out!

We had a fantastic turnout of Wigmore players entering many of the events throughout the week. Thank you to all the participants who took part and congratulations to all the champions. We hope to see you again for the Wigmore Open 2027!
