Prash believes it’s never too late to start your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first HYROX, building strength, improving your fitness, or simply looking to feel better, his focus is on helping you make the most of the time you have.
His coaching style combines smart training, proper technique, injury prevention, and sustainable habits that deliver long-term results. But most importantly? He makes training enjoyable. 🙌
You’ll find Prash coaching our HYROX sessions and lunchtime hussle classes, supporting members on the gym floor, and helping clients build confidence, strength, and consistency every step of the way.
