Coaching is often perceived as a luxury only available to those within the higher realms of an organisation.

That is simply not true.

Coaching is for everyone, regardless of your level of seniority.

Today, on World Mental Health Day, I will be reading this absolute treasure of a book to my 3 children at bedtime tonight. One we have read many, many times before, and one I cannot help but choke up at when I read the last page (literally, every time!)

Partly because I so desperately want my children to feel 100% accepted in this world as they navigate their journey through life, and partly because my own inner child probably needs to hear those words too. Because no matter how old we get, we still need to know that we are enough.
