arge projects for NGOs and facilitated media training for both young people and adults alike, including working in prison settings. My extensive professional background and diverse experiences, coupled with my comprehensive training,
have equipped me to guide and support you on your journey. As a mentor, I love passing on tried and tested advice I've picked up along the way. As a life coach, my aim is to support you on your journey towards achieving your personal goals and creating a life balance that celebrates all aspects of your true self. Qualifications:

I've been reflecting a lot lately, and I realised how much I've missed reconnecting with friends. Life threw some unexpected twists our way, and I had to take a step back to prioritise my family. It wasn't an easy decision, but it was necessary. πŸ’–

Now, as I look ahead, I feel a renewed sense of energy and excitement about reconnecting with my passion for coaching and Wellness. Hi Everyone,

Welcome and thank you for joining my Mindful Life Coaching page.
Some may be wondering what this is all about...so here is the background story...
Whilst I do love my job in the media industry, I’ve always been fascinated by human behaviours, people and holistic care.

I have been working as a mentor and coach for some time now, as well as holding a busy freelance career and running a remote company as a sole trader (Lucidepost.com). Reflecting on the last few years, the quiet time Covid has given me has provided me with the extra window of opportunity required to take the jump and become a qualified coach.

I have recently completed a Life Coaching Diploma (level 5), and hold a Level 2 certificate in Counselling skills as well and I am delighted to be sharing with you my new coaching website (work in progress), please feel free to take a look and share with anyone you think might be interested in moving forward or getting some clarity in their life, and of course please get in touch if you have any questions.

This came to mind following my last coaching session...it's an obvious one, all too often forgotten.
It is so easy to criticise ourselves, a simple act of self-compassion to help us lower negative self-talk as your day starts is to simply ask yourself ..what small act of kindness do I or will I offer myself and others today? πŸ’•
