☀️ The Little Green Gym is BACK from its summer holidays! 💪🌿

I’ve been in full-on “maintenance mode” (aka chasing kids, wrangling animals & pretending ice cream counts as protein 😅) — but now it’s time to get serious(ish) again!

Fresh sessions are planned, the kettlebells are polished (…sort of), and I cannot WAIT to see all your lovely, sweaty, smiling faces next week! 🏋️‍♀️✨

Who’s ready to trade Aperol spritzes for squats? (…okay maybe not entirely 😜🍹➡️🦵) Book in early to avoid disappointment 💥
