I understand! Anxiety is different for everyone. For some it may be the occasional nervousness that slowly creeps up in certain situations while for others it may be an ongoing condition that can be incapacitating. So how do we handle this?

The unpredictable times that Covid as given us is not making it any easier for us to handle our anxiety. Anxiety is basically when your nervous system is activated and your survival instincts are triggered. It is there to warn us of possible dangers. Although anxiety certainly serves its purpose, often times it prevents us from performing to our best abilities.

This is why it is essential for us to learn to overcome our anxiety. These are some of the methods that I have used in the past that has worked really well for me. Do comment down below on some of your practices to overcome anxiety!
