3) Bodyweight Russian Twist
4) Reverse Lunge with Weighted Ball
5) Chest Press with Plate

7) RDL with Kettlebell Pair

1) Shoulder to Shoulder with Powerbag
2) Lateral Burpees
3) 3x Mountain Climbers/ 3x Ee-aws
4) Ball over head
5) Hand Release Burpee
6) Ground to Overhead with Plate
7) Kettlebell Clean and Squat
8) 1x Leg Raise/ 1x Jump Squat
9) The Devil's Press
10) 'Casualty' (Powerbag) Drag

Round 1: 40 Seconds Work/ 10 Seconds Recovery
Round 2: 55/ 5
Round 3 Super Circuit: 30 Seconds Work/ 30 Seconds Sprint.

Finisher: 600m Best Effort Race.

3x Rounds of 45 Seconds on each Station, with 15 Seconds Recovery in between.

1) Deadlift with Bar.
2) Bicep Curl with Ball.
3) Bodyweight Russian Twist.
4) Farmers Carry Reverse Lunge.
5) Chest Press.
6) Plank.
7) Forward Lunge with Powerbag.
8) Thruster with Plate.
9) Glute Bridge.
10) Kettlebell Swing.

No frills, no gimmicks, no cliques.

Tuesday morning Strength in the sunshine, after the Bank Holiday weekend.

Fitness classes on Tooting Common every weekday all year round.

No frills, no gimmicks, no cliques. Just hard work and results.

5Ks and 500 Reps

A simple, effective and challenging Strength and Cardio routine that we do every month or 2.

The class consists of 10 Stations and a 500M Running Route, around the Tennis Courts on Tooting Common.

The Stations are:

1 Push Ups
2 Kettlebell Swings
3 Alt leg V-Sits
4 Bicep Curls with Dumbells.
5 Starfish/ Star Jumps (Enhanced Burpees)
6 Ball Slams
7 Super Crunches
8 Ground to Overhead
9 Leg Raises
10 Powerbag Clean and Squat

The Sequence is 1 lap of the 500M Route before 1 Rep of each station, then another 500M Run and 3 Reps of each station, then run and 6 Reps, 9, 12, 9, 6, 3, 1 and then a final run, making a total of 5Ks Running and 500 Reps.

No frills, no gimmicks, no cliques. Just hard work and results.
