The Junior Premier League is very proud to launch the JPL Inspire League, its first dedicated, competitive, regional girls league. The JPL Inspire League launches in London in September 2021. JPL Inspire League’s hub-based model is across three first-class 3G facilities, providing players the best possible environment to develop their love of the game and supporting busy parents with less drive ti
me and premium facilities. When it kicks off, JPL Inspire will offer divisions for U10, U12, U14 and U16 teams. The JPL has looked to modernise the classic English league structure to meet the needs of today’s player. We have added a Diversity and Inclusion Officer and a Player Pathways Officer with in-depth Talent ID knowledge. Our Player Pathways officer works closely with The FA Talent ID Team to spot potential Lionesses. JPL Inspire is an exciting addition to the national family of JPL leagues across England. The JPL offers the highest standards within youth football. The aim of JPL Inspire is to offer the league’s players and coaches the opportunity to develop in an environment that has been developed over a decade of experience running player-led leagues. The JPL’s ethos of development over results sees Junior Premier League players reaching the highest levels of football across England. Many players playing in the JPL have progressed into elite football pathways and have represented their country as Lionesses at development level. The Junior Premier League has created a league for professional girls’ clubs, JPL Warriors. The JPL Warriors League will grow to 4 Divisions in Autumn 2021 and provide the most competitive league structure in English girls’ football. The Junior Premier League Warriors will consist of 9 professional clubs and 30 professional teams. The JPL has already produced players that have progressed into the U16 Lioness Team.
