5 Day Stretch Challenge FAQ’s 🚨🙆🏼♂️⛳️🏌️♂️
Q: Who is the 5 Day Stretch Challenge for?
A: This is the perfect challenge for anyone who is passionate about getting better at golf & wants to regularly beat their mates & win roll ups, consistently add 10-15 yards off the tee & shoot lower scores more often.
Q: Can non golfers take part?
A: Yes they can although I’d be terrified for the opposition on the day they decide to take the sport up having worked on this challenge.
Q: How is it delivered?
A: The 5 days will be delivered through a private Facebook group. Every day you will be set a stretch & accountability task to complete, an opportunity to ask questions & a live stream with me in the evenings.
Q: Do I have to be on Facebook to get involved?
A: Yes
Q: Am I too old to take part?
A: No. I believe you have to only be 16 years old to join Facebook
Q: Very funny. Am I too old to take part?
A: Nope. Although a common concern, you’re never too old to get started & in fact the sooner you start the better you’ll feel & the longer you’ll have to reap the rewards
Q: How much time do I have to give up?
A: If you’re lucky you can get an extra 40 years on the golf course with the tools you’ll take away from the challenge!
Q: Stop it! How much time do I have to give up?
A: Ok ok. You’ll need to give 20 mins (max 30) each day to complete the stretch & accountability task
