We love to see our juniors attending the Junior Park run on a Sunday morning. Today we had 3 junior PBs! 🥳🥳 There were also great runs from some of our other junior athletes! Well done 👏🏻

This evening we will be back in Norwood Park running our cycling and running session at 6:30-8pm.

All your junior athletes need is a bike, helmet and trainers to have an evening of fun exercise and lots of games!

Our first session back in the pool was great!! We had a couple of new faces among the junior athletes we welcomed back to the pool.

Check out Dylan and Luke in their club kit before the swim session. It was Luke’s first time swimming with us now he has turned 7! We love his excitement! 🎉
