Our Strength, Core & Mobility Class is back ๐ข๐ข
We're very excited to be coaching our circuit class at the amazing new space, ._ .
Thursdays 12:30-1:45pm, starting on May 9th ๐๏ธ
This class is designed to break up the working day for those on a work from home schedule. Take a break from the desk and alleviate stiffness and stress as you build a stronger, more mobile body through core & resistance training. It's all about strength + length exercises at Form Fitness, so you'll be developing mobility and flexibility too!
We pride ourselves on form coaching every class and regressing/scaling exercises to your individual ability. We're here to help you get stronger and move better week to week ๐บ
The sessions involve some paired exercises so bring a partner or a friend or come by yourself and get stuck in.ย ๐๏ธ
We'll be coaching 4 weeks blocks that strengthen different muscle groups and joints. Our first four sessions will be focused on strengthening the knees, glutes, ankles & core alongside general mobility! We will be changing the focus of our sessions every 4 weeks so keep an eye on our page for updates each month.
