Intergenerational Fitness 🤩 Our project proposal to people, powered, places find. The attached flyer information tells you how you vote.1. Scan the QR code or 2. Pop in Manor Park Library or Jack Cornwell Community Centre or 3. join us at East Ham Library for the big vote this Saturday 15th November 1:30-3pm. Intergenerational Fitness will offer For Free; 1. Older Adults chair based exercise 2. Mummy Moves, Mother & Toddler exercise class 3. Females play sport! Badminton, Basketball and Football sessions 5. Keep Fit for Adults with BMI28+ 5. Women and Children exercise and keep fit - All to be in delivered in Manor Park 🤩

Calling all children to do more sports and regular physical activity to join our Free Multi-sports sessions. Keeping active is 🔑 Healthy Lifestyle for development both mentally and physically will lead to better outcomes. Ladies!! Multi sports is part of our programme with Dance Aerobics at the same time, Saturdays 10-11am. Reducing barriers to participation and creating a unique environment for Women, Children and Girls to enjoy exercise. Summer is here ☀️ The fun starts now 🎾🏀⚽️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏾🏃🏾‍♂️
