A huge congratulations to our July Member of the Month, Katie! 👏

If you’ve ever looked up at the leaderboard, chances are you’ve seen Katie’s name sitting right at the top. Her consistency, work ethic, and competitive spirit are second to none, and she brings that same energy to every single session.

With an incredible 720 classes under her belt, Katie is the definition of showing up. She gives 100% every workout, is always chasing her best, and her commitment over the years has been nothing short of amazing.

But Katie isn’t just dedicated in the studio - she’s a big part of our community too. She’s always supporting others, and helping make HSK such a fun and welcoming place to be.

🏆 Members of the Month June: Yoon-Hee & Fengze🏆

Last month’s winners are a duo who have now clocked up over 250 visits between them 👏🚀

Yoon-Hee joined us in May 2025 and has become a staple of the 06:40 crew, regularly putting up some serious scores on the board in cardio classes (one to beat 👀). She’s also a familiar face at our socials - and deserves credit for convincing Fengze, who was initially reluctant to join, to give F45 a go!

Fast forward to now and Fengze is fully part of the HSK crew, joining classes (usually the more civilised 12:30pm slot 😴😂) and even hitting Capacity Club sessions. 🚀The progress he’s made since joining in October has been brilliant.

Another brilliant Member Social in the books! 🍻 The socials just keep getting bigger and better, and it was so great to see everyone catching up outside the studio, celebrating each other's hard work, and welcoming new faces into the community. Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a fun evening - we’re already looking forward to the next one!

HSK Summer Social ☀️🍻

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to come together for our Summer Social. It was fantastic to step away from the gym floor, catch up, share some laughs, and spend time with the people who make HSK such a special place.

What started as a fitness community has become so much more. The support, friendships, encouragement, and genuine sense of belonging that exists within our studio is something we’re incredibly proud of.

We’re grateful for every single member who contributes to the atmosphere and culture we’ve built together. Events like this remind us that while training brings us together, it’s the people that make the community.

Thank you all for making it such a great evening. Here’s to many more workouts, milestones, and socials together! ❤️
