Alongside Emma, he’s been here since the very beginning - one of the OGs who helped shape the place into what it is today.

From day one, he’s shown up. Every session. Every social. Every challenge. No excuses. Just consistency, graft, and good vibes 🙌

Duncan is not only the first to smash a record… but also usually the first to smash a Jubel after 🍺💥
A man of balance.

With 630+ classes under his belt, countless challenge wins, and most recently taking the top score in Peak 500, his legacy at HSK is undeniable 🏆

This one feels extra special (and a little emotional)… as we celebrate Duncan in his final month at HSK 💔
Him and Emma will be hugely missed as they move away – it truly won’t be the same without them.
