🤍 Happy International Women’s Day to the incredible women of our gym! 🤍

Today we’re celebrating the women who bring the energy, the laughs, the determination, and the strength to our gym every single day. 💪

The ones hitting early morning sessions, coming in after a busy long day, smashing PBs, encouraging each other through the last few reps, and proving that strong looks different on everyone — but they always shows up.

Our gym wouldn’t be the same without the community you’ve built: the happy hello’s , the support, the sometimes to long chats in rest periods, and the constant reminder that we’re all capable of more than we think.

So today we celebrate every single one of you — whether you’re lifting heavy, trying your first session, or just showing up and giving it your best. That’s what it’s all about.

We love how many couples have chosen to make TSR part of their families fitness journey! Those who train together, stay together right?

In honour of V-day coming up, we are having “Bring a Friend, Situationship, Bad decision, It’s complicated week” to The Strength Room!

When: The WHOLE week from 9 February-15 February!

What is it?: For this week, you will be able to bring your human to train with you EVERY DAY! This can be the same person, a different one each time ( we won’t tell, we promise), whatever makes you happy!

We all want to reach the top of the mountain, but the real magic happens on the climb.

Here’s how to set meaningful goals and actually enjoy the process:
1️⃣ Align with your values – Your goals should reflect what matters most to you.
2️⃣ Push your limits – Growth happens just outside your comfort zone.
3️⃣ Focus on the process – Break goals into small steps and stay present.
4️⃣ Avoid the arrival fallacy – Achieving a goal won’t change your life, but the journey will.
5️⃣ Be the best at getting better – Growth is a lifelong pursuit, not a one-time achievement.
✨ Remember: The summit is just a moment. The climb is where you grow.

New year, new goals? (Or the same goal that keeps getting brushed aside..?)

Here’s a few of what’s already on the board:

2 people aiming to improve their London Marathon times while staying injury-free!
3 working on Hyrox improvement times.
Others chasing big squat numbers to prove to themselves they’ve still got it after growing their families this past year.
Plenty of people looking to get yoked after enjoying some well-deserved Christmas/Holiday vibes.
And loads of folks using the gym to build confidence, get comfortable with lifts, and make themselves a bigger priority this year.
No matter what your goal is, our service is unique, and you can leverage it for what you need!

For some, it’s all about the coaching—learning how to move correctly and safely. For others, it’s the details in the programming that make the difference, like nailing that marathon improvement time.

We’ve worked with everyone from world record holders to first-time “non-gym” goers. Our coaching team has seen it all, and we LOVE what we do. Plus, we offer free trials so you can get a feel for the gym and how it works.

Don’t overcomplicate it. Reach out, and let’s get you in!

A quick heads-up: We cap our membership at 100 people to ensure there’s always space in the facility, coaching stays top-notch, and your programs get the respect they deserve. Right now, we’re sitting at 87 members. Nab a spot while you can—I promise you won’t regret it!
