Unfortunately my workshop had to be cancelled but FORTUNATELY i have managed to see/book the lovely mamas-to-be via zoom to hold individual virtual workshops. Some very generous companies had donated treats for a post class goody bag and i’ll be delivering them this week to my zoom clients!

Calling all pregnant women!!! You are invited to my Yoga for Birth Prep workshop on April 18th at The Selkirk in Tooting where we will spend the morning in a relaxing pregnancy yoga class, learning helpful yoga breaths and movements to do during pregnancy and labour and meeting fellow mums-to-be! and cake provided aswell as a surprise goody bag especially for mums to be!

Gentle Warm Up - these stretches are a great start for any Yoga or Pregnancy Yoga practise. Focus on the breath and body before beginning to move.
I’ll be teaching these aswell as other home practise techniques at my Yoga for Birth Prep workshop in on April 18th! I would love to see you there!
