While this Year was full of blessings it has also brought up so much unresolved emotional pain to be healed. I am very grateful for this year as it brought me so much healing and clarity for my own path. I have been able to learn so much about myself and how we process and heal deep seated wounds even without the awareness of any details.

But what has become very clear is that there we cannot influence the timing when something deep seated is ready to be healed. I love to use the analogy of the Onion as healing old wounds feels a bit like peeling an onion layer by layer.
You wouldn't skip layers to get to the deeper parts - or would you?

All we can really do is listening to the messages of our body, mind & soul, do "the healing work" and set our intentions wisely - be patient and trust that you are guided through the whole process.

Most women I speak to have already done so much of the work but can't seem to get the results. What I hear often is: "I am meditating, doing Yoga and working with a therapist since a year but I am still hurting, why is that"?

It all comes down to how these tools are used - Meditation and Yoga are great starts, but in order to heal efficiently we need to use these tools in conjunction with our Mind - so it does know what the goal is and what needs to be done!

I used to meditate 2 x 1 hour every day and did not achieve as much healing as with the combination of tools I teach in Self Healing Mastery (link in Bio). We cannot see healing the mind and body as two separate parts any longer, they need to work together otherwise they will both pull into different directions with their own agendas.

If you would only learn these 3 skills you would already be unstoppable in your healing.

These are the most important skill I use to heal EVERYTHING, yes you can heal it all and you are here to heal it all. You are so unique and the world needs you healed now, not in the next life and not in 10 years. You have already come such a long way, your time to shine is NOW.

When we have reached a place where we understand that there are things running in the background controlling our lives but we want to turn the wheel of life towards a happier and healthier direction then we cannot look away and externalize our power by staying a victim and replaying the past over and over again.

If you have not woken up yet then you won't have the desire to heal ... but if the opposite is the case, your call will become louder and possibly more painful until you take the call listen and start healing ...

When we think about our problems today we forget that most of them originated from an very early age, where survival was our only goal!

The pain we carry from the disconnection of the Love from our mothers is a very unique kind of pain which can leave us not knowing or even trusting who we are and can leave an imprint of
