Recovery doesn’t mean doing nothing.
Low-intensity movement can help reduce soreness, improve mobility, and support your training — while still feeling enjoyable and social.

**Keep it light, not intense**
Active recovery isn’t another workout. Focus on gentle movement that gets blood flowing without adding stress.

**Focus on mobility & stretching**
Use this time to loosen tight muscles, improve flexibility, and move more freely.

**Hydrate & fuel properly**
Support your recovery with good nutrition and plenty of water to help your body repair.

Great active recovery ideas:
🚶‍♀️ Walks or hikes
🧘 Yoga or stretching sessions
🚴 Low-impact activities like swimming or cycling
